The clock is exactly as pictured, but it is card stock glued to the back side of clear plastic or Lucite (like clear clipboard material). It should last for a while as long as it is taken care of. Mine has kept accurate time for a couple of weeks now with no issues. It can be a bit tricky to hang due to the triangular shaped hole that is provided. I had to switch to a screw with a smaller size head that would fit. The printing and design are exactly as pictured.
