Purple Tulips Mum Magnet

Are these variegated tulips white with purple or purple with white? Whichever, I wish they were in my garden! This photo shows a close up of a mature blossom with a shorter one still in bud to the left against a blurred, green-mottled background. At the left corner, part of another tulip shows, with a bit of bluebell behind it. On the right is a bit of green stalk of another tulip out of our sight, with the curl of a leaf at the lower right, and the tip of another bud in the centre bottom of the image.
