The design picked worked very well. was unsure about the premium paper option, but as it turned out this worked very well and has been warmly received. I added a custom "tai chi" graphic to the back. There was a delay because the design team was uncertain about results. I explained the calligraphy concept and they went ahead. It worked beautifully. There was a delay because of the custom graphic. The design team and customer service were very helpful and it worked out very well.
