Qi Lin Xiu Qiu - (Xiu Qiu -the is ball made out of strips & silk)- The Chinese believe this mythical creatures was sent from heaven to wach over the emperor (who was believed to be the son of god). Possessing the head of a dragon and the body of a horse, the carp like scales on its body heralds a legendary tale. Tradirionalist refer to this creature as the Chinese Unicorn. It is said to act as a deterrent against anyone intending you harm.
