Its just an average tote bag. What makes it special is the ability to customize. But the customization printing is flawed. The image is supposed to be a QR code. The encoding was checked and double-checked prior to submitting the order. However, when the product was received, the QR code was unreadable. Something in the printing and transfer process ruined the code.
