One morning, while hiking along a dirt road to Tunnels Beach on Kauai’s North Shore, Brian spotted a Rainbow Heliconia flower unlike any he had ever seen. Its vivid colours were utterly stunning. This photo was taken by Brian Teeter on the island of Kauai while researching his new book, The Healthy Trekking Guide to Kauai.
