Ramanujan T-Shirt

Srinivasa Ramanujan was a great Indian mathematician, largely self-taught, who made great contributions to mathematical analysis, number theory, infinite series, and continued fractions. Once, friend mathematician G.H. Hardy had ridden a taxicab to visit Ramanujan. Hardy commented that the cab number, 1729, was a rather dull number. Ramanujan instantly replied that actually 1729 was interesting in that it was the smallest number expressible as the sum of two cubes in two different ways.
