After years of trying to find interesting portions of the Mandelbrot Set to magnify, I wondered if I was missing out by inadvertently choosing similar regions. So I set the computer picking regions at random; this image has a magnification of a billion (10 to the power 9), and the colour scheme is random as well. Look at the detail!
