Raphael the Archangel Over-the-Shoulder Tote Bag
The name Raphael means that God has healed. The word comes from the Hebrew word "rapha" meaning restored or healed, and "el" which signifies God. In the image on the tote Bag, Raphael the Archangel is holding a fish in one hand: This is a reminder of Raphael's being sent by God to heal Tobit with the fish's gall (Tobit Chapter 3). In Archangel Raphael's other hand is a staff which represents healing. His feast day is September 29 --along with the other Archangels Michael and Gabriel. Raphael the Archangel is the patron saint of travelers, the blind, bodily ills, nurses, physicians, and medical workers. And the light blue colour of the Tote Bag handles is meant to signify both personal health and calmness.
