Reading Railroad Lines FP7 Diesel Locomotive 902 Tie
This is the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, 50th Anniversary Train. A push-pull train. The was powered by 2 restored Reading Company FP7diesel locomotives, one on each end. The Reading had 8 FP-7's,(class DP-1) built by EMD in 1950-52. Reading Lines 902 is shown here on the East Penn Railroad leaving Pennsburg in Montgomery County, PA. The Locomotives are owned by The Reading Company Technical and Historical Society
