This is for all you vegans and lactose-intolerant people out there who grew up addicted to dairy. You are not alone! My husband and I went vegan a short time ago and our most feared loss was that of cheese, ice-cream, cream-on-top Greek yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese. Basically, everything dairy. This image depicts how I saw myself when I was considering going vegan. I've had cravings before, and I've been hangry, but that was always easily solved when, after a few minutes of painfully attempting to resist my cravings, I gave in and devoured the entire pint of ice cream. What would happen when I could no longer give in to cravings????? Watch out, people!
