When I contacted customer service, I was hoping they could offer a solution—such as expediting production or shipping—but instead, the plan was just to cancel my order. While the representatives were polite, the lack of urgency or willingness to find a solution was incredibly frustrating. I really liked that the design I created was exactly what I received. The plates are of good quality. I am not sure how long they last while in use but I would be fairly confident that they are good. However, it is a pricey piece for a single use item. exceptional, exactly what I expected
