One of my Japanese Garden Series, this painting of a red Japanese shrine beside a pond. This striking red building is Benten Hall at Daigo Temple in Kyoto, Japan. The season is spring, at the end of the cherry blossom time, and a few trees around the pond still blush pink, while petals litter the surface of the pond. This beautiful Japanese landscape would be a great addition to a living room, dining room, or professional waiting room or office.
