A badge of the House of Lancaster during the fifteenth century Wars of the Roses, the red rose was later combined with the white to form the Tudor Rose, which remains the floral heraldic emblem of England. This original illustration by Richard H. Fay is based on various mediaeval-period heraldic roses.

My coasters arrived and one was chipped. I got in touch with Zazzle and had no trouble getting a replacement. I was refreshed with how easy and it was and how customer-focused their service was. The colours are good. Just note these coasters are clay not furry.
