Repro Richards c1900 Art Nouveau Mackintosh Rose Tile

Reproduced from an actual antique Richards tile with a raised (tube-lined or molded) outline, this is a stylized art nouveau style of a floral design known as the Glasgow or Mackintosh rose. Brilliant colors of turquoise, peach, rust,and green emphasize the design. Note that, although the original has raised outlines, this tile is flat and smooth and only looks dimensional. Art Nouveau tiles are highly collectible and make great wall tiles and backsplashes for kitchen or bath, fireplace surrounds, trivets, coasters, decorative accessories, and, of course, gifts.
