"Resting is My Resistance" Notebook

“Resting Is My Resistance” celebrates the quiet power of slowing down. This retro-modern poster, inspired by mid-century shapes and colours, features the Cardinal of Resistance taking a well-earned break, curled up in a cosy chair, cup of something warm nearby, and not a to-do list in sight. Muted tones of sage, vintage pink, and red bring softness and balance to this piece, reminding us that rest is not laziness. Resting is an essential act of self-care. Follow the example of the Cardinal of Resistance and rest. Your wellbeing matters! You can use this notebook for all your ideas, perfect or imperfect. This book is made to be used. A dot grid version to track your health might just be the ticket. This is the notebook for gentle rebels, nap advocates, anyone in need of a reminder to pause or tracking health bujo style.
