The quality of this mug is great! I love the design, although it's a little hard to read the small print without glasses (and most retirees need reading glasses.) The bottom line is easily readable, however. Also, I've purchased the same design on greeting cards, and the larger print on them is great. Anyway, I liked being able to personalize this with a picture, which made it an even more special gift. My friend will really like this for her leisurely morning coffee, when she retires. The printing is clear and colors true. I'm pleased with both the design and the quality of the picture I used to personalize the mug.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing.
