Selecting “Personalise this design” offers you several edit options to easily change the text (wording, plus type font, colour, size, position) and to edit the design elements, if desired. You may also want to scroll down to the section “Transfer design to a product” for a few suggestions about other items this design can be used on. The back is red rubber, but you have two other options (black or a copy of the front design). For the latter option, select Full Print. To copy the design onto the back, in the Design Tool select all images by clicking on them while holding down the Shift key. Right click on the images and select Copy. Go to the back side and right click anywhere on the paddle and select Paste.
