When I received this item the first time (my 1st Zazzle purchase) I was so disappointed. They shipped the notebook without the back being attached. I decided to contact them, and was pleasantly surprised. They responded quickly and replaced my order. I received the replacement yesterday. I would try them again. The notebook is super cute!! It has lined paper, and looks just like the photo.
