Alexandre de Riquer, Composition with winged nymph blowing amongst reeds, 1887. Tempera on canvas. Alexandre de Riquer (1856 - 1920), was a versatile artist intellectual and Catalan Spanish designer, illustrator, painter, engraver, writer and poet. He was one of the leading figures of Modernism in Catalonia. Please note that the image file for this poster is quite large (4,945 × 4,928 pixels).
