This early 20th century British History photo features the second landing of the Grand Staircase gracing the Olympic, which was the first of the White Star Steamships. Similar to the Titanic's first-class section, the two-story-high A-deck of this thick English Oak stairway was designed in a way that enabled natural light to enter the stairwell during the day.
