My experience was good. I have ordered from Zazzle several times in the past. This time, the product turned out ok, but I was expecting rose Gold, not pink for some of the printed areas. I looked for a customer service number to call before I placed the order, to verify it was going to be rose gold, but I could not find a number. So instead of 5 star, I gave it three. Printing was as expected, but it was not rose gold. It is pink. I was wanting rose gold, and navy.
