In the case of these wedding napkins, the "fancy type" reads "thank you for celebrating with us". All other text is rendered here in a versatile, serif font that can be easily modified to suit your wishes. The background features an elegant, celebratory rose gold image of glittery, sparkling bokeh light reflections. To offset the text and make it pop a bit more boldly I've added a partially opaque white mask that creates a lovely border effect around the edges.
