Description - Tsar (or Czar) Nicholas II (or Nikolay Aleksandrovich Romanov) and his family, last imperial family of Russia. He and his family were brutally executed on July 17, 1918 in the basement of Ipiativ House in Yekaterinburg, Russia, on the night of 16–17 July 1918 as a result of the Bolshevik revolution just before the arrival of the anti-Bolshevik White Army. Shown, here, Tsar (or Czar) Nicholas II (or Nikolay Aleksandrovich Romanov), and his family, left to right: Olga, Maria, Alexandra Feyorovna, Anastasia, Tsesarevich Alexei, and Tatiana. The Russian Orthodox Church has made the family Saints of the Church and has claimed miracles after prayers to them.
