The quality of this mug is good. I was real bummed with the picture aspect of the mug. The picture and text that I had on it was off to the side, which is partly my fault. It looked centered when designing it but apparently not as it was way over to the side. Just wish I would have been emailed asking if that's how I wanted it. It's still cute though.
