It is difficult to see if the Initials are correct when reviewing the item. I am sure that I changed the initials but it didn't save. I find that if I am not careful when I am move up and down your site it can toggle answers and change them. I probably won't order things with initials from you any more. I had to reorder a notebook and now stickers because the initials in the artwork don't match. I let it go as "me" the first time but since I have been aware of issue ...still there was an error. ??? Printing would have been great if the initials were coordinated with the names! UGH
