Ornament came and was broken. There was a chip off of the front of the ornament. I notified customer service via email. They responded promptly, asking what resolution I would like. I chose replacement. They emailed me saying they were working on my replacement ornament (December 10), and upgrading my shipping to Premium shipping, which would take 2-3 days. I just received my ornament yesterday, December 21. I am not impressed with how long it took to get me my replacement ornament. Printing turned out fine.
