Rustic Frame | Folded Holiday Greeting Card

The card is absolutely beautiful with a glossy front and cover of a huge red banana plant I grew in a pot and to the left a gorgeous holiday themed text. Inside there is a photo on the top flap and the text on the back is clear and solid. I love how they came out - it is too bad the photo here shows the BACKSIDE of the card - cause the front is gorg. I did have a problem with the first shipment, it never showed, but Zazzle staff responded to my emails and over time agreed, it somehow got lost. I thought maybe stolen because they are pretty enough to be framed. I appreciate their resending the order to me on time before Christmas. These cards were a feature as a Gift Card for my plant related business. The colors, glossy finish, and all look very professional. Pleased!

The cards themselves were excellent, as I've come to expect, as far as allowing for customizing, the colors, paper stock, etc. But it's hard to understand why it took 8 days from the time Zazzle indicated this small pack of cards was "shipped" to its delivery. It makes it difficult to use these special cards in time for Christmas, which was their purpose when ordered on Dec 10. Long delay appears due to handoffs between Zazzle to UPS and then to the US Post Office for final delivery. Convoluted? Printing was excellent this time again. I've rarely had products with any printing issues, such as being off-center.

Zazzle allows for substantial customization of cards, to modify/add text and images. Depends on the underlying starting card/template. Unfortunately this particular card did not permit change of "Happy Holidays" on the front to, say, Merry Christmas. But overall quality of the end product was very good. Delivery of the cards, even just a few, can take surprisingly long, apparently from the complicated mail process Zazzle uses. Even a small order of cards apparently needs to be ordered 2 weeks before the needed receipt to avoid missing the event date. Who always plans that far ahead? Printing was excellent. Colors very good. As expected.
