I ordered our save the dates from Zazzle. When I thought our mail carrier misplaced our package, Zazzle offered to replace my item or issue a refund. They were very prompt in their response to my inquiry. It turns out the package was put in a neighbors mailbox and my kind neighbor returned them. I absolutely love our save the date and I loved Zazzle’s customer service. I love them! I ordered a postcard style and they are so cute and I can’t wait to send them out! Only recommendation is to wrap them a little better. One corner of one (the top) postcard was bent (but very very minimal). I would most definitely use Zazzle again!
