Ordered a "blue" and sage banner as advertised. They sent me purple striped banner despite paying for a quality check. Then I requested a replacement and banner #2 was purple again. So I asked them for a call from a supervisor to discuss because I needed this urgently resolved before my wedding because I was counting on this sign, but they don't take phone calls? So guess what, replacement #3 was again purple. Now I'm left with no banner for my wedding and a big waste of time. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Their job is to print stuff.. and they're terrible at it. .
