Unfortunately due to inclement weather, my original order of invitations were water damaged as the packaging was soaked through. While the invitations were minimally damaged and usable, the complimentary envelopes were completely unusable and sealed shut. After speaking with customer service, they apologized and expedited a new package which arrived days later in perfect condition.
The quality of the invitations are great! The paper is nice and thick and looks very sophisticated. Everyone has been complimenting the beautiful invitations. I would most definitely recommend this product and Zazzle in general as the customer service went above and beyond. The printing of the product came out exactly how I mocked up on the website and looks on par with an invitation you could find at a boutique invitation shop.

It took me a little practice to get used to using the customization tools, so I got some kind emails describing how to fix the problems. But once I got it figured out, it was simple and I was grateful for the quick service and turn-around. The card stock is nice, and the design is so cute I couldn't resist. It's perfect for what I needed. No issues with the printing, the colors seem to be right on. I think the card may have been cut slightly off-center, but hard to know because it may have also been my error in customizing the text.
