Sailing Boats at Mahone Bay in Canada Tile

This design features a vintage painting by the American artist William James Glackens (1870–1938). It shows marina by the water in Mahone Bay, which is a bay on the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia, Canada along the eastern end of Lunenburg County. There are many sailboats in the water and there are some couples sitting on the grass and walking on the pier. There are some rowing boats beside the jetty too. There is a small island in the middle of the water, where there is a traditional house with steam coming from its chimney. The sky is clear and blue, reflecting the good weather on this bright summer's day. In the distance can be seen some verdant forests and green fields. The original art was painted in 1911.
