This poster tells the story of Sallie Ann Jarrett, a Civil War dog hero with the 11th Pennsylvania Infantry. The brave bull terrier was the beloved mascot of the regiment. She accompanied the men to battle, including the Battle of Antietam, the bloodiest single-day battle in American history. Sallie Ann went with the men to the front lines and barked furiously at the enemy. She was shot in the neck, recovered and returned to duty a few days later. Sadly, nine months later Sallie Ann was struck by a bullet that took her life during the Battle of Hatcher's Run - two months before the end of the war. © dogs-in-history.blogspot.com

I was able to reorder the print in a smaller size and it was shipped to me within a couple of weeks. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it. I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
