"Salt Lake" Alone, in a rowboat on the Great Salt Lake. The sun, still high above, was reflected on the waters surface. Icarus. In Greek mythology, Icarus was the son of Daedalus who, in escaping from Crete on artificial wings flew too close to the sun. One of the very first paintings I did. The piece has a narration behind it to explain what was on my mind as I created it. I pased by the Great Salt Lake twice a week for nearly 30 years, and this is what I came up with..... Again, I have learned that Zazzle produces exactly what you give them. If thjere are "flaws" in your end result, it's truly not the fault of the company!
