This is my first foray into the new technique on wood with glass, metal, and other industrial materials. It was a tactile experience of the foam, the transparent sheets of water, and the frolicking waves as I proceed from the beach to “my” sandbar. The blue to green transitions are very “Gulf of Mexico,” yet I always think of those colours in relation to the Adriatic Sea. The artist, Peter Stilton, is internationally known. His paintings and sculptures are in private and corporate collections all over the world…from Tel Aviv to Stockholm, including a commission for the Saudi royal family’s summer palace Peter was the first American to have a one-man show at the Sorbonne (University of Paris).

I have seen the original and fell in love instantly. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the original (it was several thousand dollars) but the wrapped canvas was just ideal for my wallet. I am just a Peter Stilton fan. Especially this new line of painting he has embarked on. He uses wood, industrial elements, construction materials, bits of glass, shells, cork, computer parts and integrates them into his paintings. And although this new paintings are three dimensional, they still make a wonderful print too. Excellent quality! The colors where just like I saw them in Peter's Studio.

Very impressive product! The canvas is sturdily made. It features a saw tooth hanger on the back, making it easy to "try out" the canvas in several rooms until I found the best location. It attracts good comments from my friends. I love it! The printing is wonderful! Colors are as bright and crisp as they appeared on the website.

I ordered this product to see what the quality was because I am selling it on my store. Plus it was on sale and it was an excellent price! I didn’t expect it to be as nice. It really is beautiful. I am relieved! The only thing I don’t like about it is the sawtooth hanger on the back. I prefer a wire hanging system. The sawtooth hanger was not even centered but I managed to hang it straight anyway. Overall I love it! I will add the wire myself. The printing was clear and crisp and the colors were excellent! The canvas was stretched tight and professionally done. I am very happy with the quality of the print!
