Santillana del Mar Spain Postcard

Santillana del Mar is a historic, beautifully preserved mediaeval town located in the Cantabria region of northern Spain. Often called the 'Town of the Three Lies' because it is neither holy (Santa), flat (Llana), nor by the sea (Mar), it transports visitors back in time with its cobblestone streets, tan-coloured stone buildings, and flower-filled balconies.
