Inspired by my recent trip to India, here is a painting based on Hindu devotional imagery of the goddess the Hindu goddess Saraswati! Companion to Brahma and goddess of knowledge, music, arts & science - I've shown her playing her traditional instrument, the Veena (and a majestic peacock - which I saw roaming wild all over in urban areas as well as the countryside!). In India I saw a lot of Hindu devotional artwork - often popping up in the strangest places, on the backsides of trucks, in advertisements and music videos, in temples, posters plastered onto alleyway walls - all so lovely. I originally ordered this print in a larger size but was not pleased with the clarity of it. When I contacted Zazzle, they responded really quickly and were very helpful. I was able to reorder the print in a smaller size and it was shipped to me within a couple of weeks. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it.
I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
