Satsuma Charcoal Bridal or Baby Shower Thank You Postcard

I ordered these thank you cards for my "Baby Shower By Mail". They were perfect and matched the invites my sister had purchased. The artwork is gorgeous, and the cards are nice and sturdy. I also really like the texture. I hate glossy cards, so these were perfect. I did find the shipping process to be frustrating, but Zazzle has since resolved the issue so I am happy to give these cards a 5 star rating. The printed product looks exactly like the image online. I am very happy with it.

I apologize to the designer, this card is lovely and everything I wanted, but Zazzle has left me no choice but to leave a bad review in hopes that someone will try to reach out to me. I order these cards to send out after my Baby Shower By Mail. Unfortunately the package was not properly sealed, came delivered with the package ripped open and the cards missing. I immediately emailed them and never received a response despite being told it would take 3-4 business days. I spent two entire hours on hold with customer service only to receive an automated response telling me that the number I was calling from would not be able to be answered, whatever that meant. Two entire hours of my day, wasted. I would love it if someone from Zazzle would email me at mollyilesguillory@gmail.com so that they can resolve this. I'm sure the printing was lovely, but again, apologies to the designer, I need to leave a 1 star so I can get Zazzles attention.

I was blown away by the quality of our thank you postcards!! They arrived within the time frame given, were just beautiful, perfect size and so easy to custom make. We were so excited to get them out to our friends and family. The printing was flawless
