On March 20, 2013, Gwen Samms, Manager of the SCAPA Animal Shelter in Stephenville, NL, was charged with "theft under $5000" after the RCMP used a warrant to return to a neglectful owner a dog they had entrusted to her care. Gwen has been an angel for animals throughout her life . . . and now she needs some angels of her own. SCAPA is a small charity that receives no government funding. Without financial help, she won`t have any legal representation. Court is scheduled for 9:30 AM on June 17th, 2013. Please purchase this t-shirt to show your support for Gwen!
