The two dogs subjects on this jigsaw puzzle are my brother in laws elderly greyhounds, sadly the dogs have since passed on, but they were the best of friends and this tender painting was produced from a photo that was taken on a very warm summer day in my in laws yard, Sandy was very hot and decided to have a rest, Winnie wanted to help her cool down by giving her a refreshing all over lick, it must have helped because Sandy fell asleep almost instantly. I named the original soft pastel painting "Best Pals On A Summer Day." I hope you enjoy piecing together this original animal art jigsaw puzzle as much as I enjoyed painting it.
