Scottish Clan Kennedy's Culzean Casle Christmas Holiday Card

Culzean Castle, former home of the Scottish Kennedy Clan, is dressed with a coat of snow for its special holiday appearance. The castle and clan names are in a festive red-colored script font. A sprig of holly decorates one corner. The property is owned by the National Trust for Scotland and is open to the public. The castle overlooks the Firth of Clyde, near Maybole, Carrick, on the Ayrshire coast of Scotland. It is the former home of the Marquess of Ailsa, the chief of Clan Kennedy. The opulent grounds feature a Swan Pond, an ice house, flamboyant formal gardens, fruit-filled glasshouses and sandy beaches dotted with caves.
