Scottish Lauriston Castle – Straton Clan Puzzle

Here for your puzzling pleasure is Scotland's Lauriston Castle, longtime home of the Straton clan (and Pictish royalty). As one of Scotland's oldest castles, Lauriston was owned by the Stratons for about 450 years, and before that to one of the last Pictish kings, Giric, Grig or Gregory the Great. Located near the village of St. Cyrus in Aberdeenshire, Lauriston Castle is atop a cliff about a mile inland from the North Sea. It is considered “one of the oldest privately owned and inhabited castles in the region”, according to the Wikipedia entry. In normal times, the castle has been open for tours. Even during the pandemic, the grounds remain open. Other sizes and prices are available in a slightly deifferent design because of the proportions of the various puzzle sizes.
