The historic and iconic boardwalk of Seaside Heights was washed away when super storm Sandy hit in the Fall of 2012. This photo was taken during the Summer of 2012. For more than 100 years, people have been visiting the Jersey Shore to relax on the white sandy beaches and just to have fun on the rides and attractions.
