Very nice quality......a mix up with the printing (may have been my fault?) but Zazzle sent out another with NO hassles whatsover. Great customer support......ordered from again after this positive experience.....all went well again:). As above, initial printing was not centered but Zazzle replaced wiht no charge.

I thought that it stated "Ribbon included" It came without a ribbon. I need to buy a ribbon. It was OK I was hoping to have more printing choises. Like (maybe) script.
