Meet Tia! - She, and her seven siblings, were abandoned on a county road in El Dorado, Arkansas. Their mum was no where to be found. They are very young, and were not old enough to survive without her. Had they not been found that day, they would not have survived.
Tia's wardrobe was provided by Internationally acclaimed Pet Couturier, Anthony Rubio. Anthony has graciously jumped on board with our Shelter Pets Project and you will be seeing more of his masterpieces on our UCAPS kids.
