The monogram and flowers were beautiful and the bag itself was good sized and strong. She was thrilled with the tote bag! I would definitely recommend this item. It was a decent price and it didn’t take long for delivery. I would without a doubt order another one in the future. The letter I requested was perfect, as well as the color of it, and the floral decor was done beautifully!

The turn around time was less than 1 week! They turned out darling! We got the jumbo size and it will be perfect for taking things to and from school...thank you so much!!!
