This Report Is... An unclassified summary of a 168 page classified report. Redactions in this document are the result of classification and sensitivity designations received from agencies and departments that provide information to the Offices of Inspectors General. The roles and responsibilities of the Inspectors General of the Central Intelligence Agency, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security and the National Counterterrorism Centre are broadly set forth in Executive Order #12333, as amended. Through clandestine means this executive order allows for the process, analysis, production and dissemination of Signals Intelligence. The objectives of this review determine: 1. The extent of the information available. 2. Whether the sharing of this information was complete, accurate and in compliance. 3. Whether there are weaknesses in protocols and procedures. 4.
