Here is a simple, elegant option for your baby shower book request needs. Header's on each side were rendered in a swirling, elaborate script font. On the front, this reads "Please Bring a Book" and on the back, "Thank You for Helping Build Baby's Library". All supporting text has been added to template fields so you can change wording, should you wish to - as much or as little as you need to. On the front, I wrote a quirky bit of verse, and a friendly, explanatory message for the back.
