Simple Modern Photo Christmas Card Template

This custom photo Christmas card template is a snap to personalise and you can easily edit various design elements to suit your style, too! The default card shape is standard sharp corners, but rounded corners also work wonderfully with this design, so try both looks in editing mode and see which strikes your fancy. On the front we've given this minimalist design a warm touch with a Christmas greeting based on our own handwriting in an elegant gold tone called California Gold in a relaxed script that feels intimate and familiar. This handwriting element of the design can't be altered, as it's an image. You can change the colour, font or text size of any of the other text. Your name and the year text on the front is a very dark grey that's mostly black by default. Please remember to edit the year as well as replacing the sample name with your own first names or family name. You might decide to edit the front to show just your names without a year, or change the text to something completely different. On the front of the card we've set the background as transparent to let the colour of the paper simply serve as the base tone. You can change this by picking a colour in the editing tools if you'd like. On the back we've chosen a background colour called White Smoke. It's a very light grey that's mostly white. We've added a layer with a dot pattern on top of that. Please check the photo in closeup mode to see this more clearly. Then, if you decide that you prefer to remove the dots, you can delete that layer, and you can also change the White Smoke background tone if you'd like. We've picked a grey tone as the default colour for the text on the back. We've put some sample text on the back for you to replace with your own message as you see fit but please don't feel restricted by this. If you prefer to delete our sample text and then keep the back totally blank so that you can write a handwritten note on each card instead, you can of course do that. Or you might want to replace our text with your own message and your own closing and then hand sign your names when you receive the cards. We've chosen matte as the default paper type, as it is well suited to writing your own message on and won't smudge and complements this natural, understated design well. But you can of course change this to semi-gloss if you prefer a brighter look, and don't forget to check out zazzle's selection of premium papers!
