There is a sepia coloured background with a light blue grey centre area that looks like a note paper with a rolled corner showing a gold underside. On the right side of the note area is a delicate spray of flowers and vines in a heart shape. Page curl look. Customise with your own text, or remove any text to handwrite a message.
